Digshoes.com will never share customer information with a third party. All order data is securely processed to complete the order and confidentiality is guaranteed. Digshoes.com does not have access to any customer payment information. All payment information is securely processed by our Payment Processor and they are prohibited in using your information in any other way but to only charge you for the order. Payment Methods All prices listed on Digshoes.com or quoted by Digshoes are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. Digshoes accepts the following payment methods: - International Money Orders - Credit Cards or Debit Cards Shipping and fees Free Shipping All items are shipped via the Post Office EMS(USPS) Express All orders are processed before being shipped. Processing time takes 2-3 business days. Once processing is done, items are shipped, it will take 4-6 days thereafter to get the shipped merchandise. In total, it will take 1-2 weeks to get your merchandise. Items are processed and shipped Monday-Friday excluding holidays Customers are responsible for providing a full valid address, including apartment number if applicable, for delivery. They are responsible for arranging mail forwarding if they are moving, and for putting a vacation hold if they do not anticipate that they will be at home when the package is due to arrive. Customers are entirely responsible for ensuring the receipt of the package, and Digshoes will not be responsible for returned orders due in part by customer negligence. Order Tracking Upon receipt of your payment, your order will begin processing the next business day. Your order status can be retrieved from http:http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp Tracking numbers, and other order information will be displayed at the tracking page. Customers are responsible in checking their order status. Returns Should you receive the incorrect size, you may return the item within 10 days of receiving it. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item prior to any returns so we can provide the correct instructions on returning the item. Should you receive an item with a defect or damage, you must contact us within 5 days and provide a digital picture of the item received. Unacceptable reasons for an exchange: colors of the shoes are darker/lighter than pictured, shoes had minor color differences from the picture, shoes do not fit (due in part of error by the customer), I would rather have a different shoe. Should you wish to return the item for any other reason, please contact us and we may look into it. Item and Availability All items are subject to availability. In some instances, items may go out of stock right after an order has been placed. Special discounts and offers are available on a first come first serve basis due to limited available quantity. All the items are in US Men's Size, unless otherwise stated. All shoes are in Brand New dead stock condition. Customers may not change style/size after order is processed. General Digshoes has no affiliation with Jordan or Nike, or any other brand not mentioned herein. All items are Factory Variants and custom altered. These are items that are made in unreleased and unique colors, and are not sold anywhere else and have never been released. All shoes are made with very high quality standards. |
